Optimal Accountability Information Database Together we learn and grow

REMINDER: District users continue to access Optimal AID using FileMaker Pro software on their Windows or Macintosh computers. The FileMaker software is used to access OAID remotely over the internet.

If you haven't already done so, instructions for setting up FileMaker Pro to access Optimal AID can be found here. If you need further assistance, please contact Peter Johnson at SW SELPA.

Please take a minute to download the User Guide from the Document Library, accessible from any Optimal AID screen, to familiarize yourself with all of the new features incorporated into OAID.

Thank you.

Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year. Optimal AID has been updated to include the latest service rates and Master Contract information. If you haven't already, please download the User Guide from the Document Library, accessible from any Optimal AID screen.

REMINDER: If you are new to Optimal AID, or there has been a change in your organization, please email a copy of the file to Peter Johnson, who will add the chart to your OAID record. Please save the file in the .jpg, .gif, or .png file format.

Thank you.
